You might not have heard the term LPG cars. This stands for liquid petroleum cars. These type of cars use a variety of different fuels with the emphasis based on propane, in order to get the cars to run. Other fuels included in the LPG cars include ethane and butane. This is a system that is used for heating in the United Kingdom and is now being used as a way to run cars that will be less costly to run as well as emit less toxins into the air. Liquid petroleum cars are better for the environment and are the latest in the alternate fuel cars that are being created to help the environment as well as combat the rising cost of oil.

There are several LPG cars already on the market today. The Smart Car is one such car that incorporates this type of fuel. The Smart Fortwo Cupe which is made by Mercedes is a very tiny car that uses electric as well as liquid petroleum on which to run. The Smart Fortwo Coupe is known as a city car, is used widely in both Europe and America.

The Vauxhall Astra is another of the liquid petroleum cars that are being manufactured today. This is a small family sedan that is larger than the tiny Smart Car and safe for highway use.

Mercedes is also coming out with a concept LPG car called Blue Zero. This small, sleek and clean burning car is inexpensive to run and safe for the environment. This is still in the planning stages, however, so you cannot yet purchase this liquid petroleum car.

The New Nissan cars are here including the new Nissan 350Z, back by popular demand in 2009 and being manufactured as the GT-4. In 2010, the Nissan 350Z will go under the name as the Nissan 370Z. This is the only sports car manufactured by Nissan Motor Company.

The new Nissan cars for 2010 will be available in 2009. The Nissan 370Z, once the Nissan 350Z will then make its appearance and become available to the public. There is already a great interest in the new Nissan cars that will be manufactured by this company. In addition to this sports cars, other new Nissan cars include updates on the sedans, coupes and other vehicles that Nissan has been producing to an increasingly enthusiastic public since the 1990s.

Prior to being renamed Nissan, the brand was manufactured under the name of Datsun, which was not very well received in the United States. However, the company completely not only revamped their name, but their car line as well and are now heavy competitors of Honda and Toyota, two other Japanese auto makers that produce high quality cars. Each year, the new Nissan cars are modeled at car shows everywhere throughout the United States and in Europe so that people can get a heads up on the new designs.

If you can’t make the payments on your car, you risk having it repossessed. The name on the car title is the bank already, so they own the car. If you are making payments on time to them, you have the right to it, but until you make your last payment, the bank will still technically own the car.

Laws vary by state, but if you aren’t making your payment, the bank will repossess the car. You should do whatever you can to avoid repossession. In most states, you will be notified of their intention to reposses the car. You can then either do a voluntary, or involuntary repo. The difference there is that if you bring the car in yourself, you will avoid some fees. When the bank takes the car back, it doesn’t mean that you are free and clear of the old car. They will likely sell it to try to pay off the remainder of your loan. If it pays off the rest of the loan, you’re all good, but that doesn’t happen often. Likely you will still be on the hook for the difference between what you owed, and what they sold the car for with the addition of any fees and fines.

If you’ve had a car repossesed, it is more difficult to get a loan on a new or used car, but there are plenty of lenders that will work with you. You can fill out your information to get auto financing.

Are you asking yourself “can I be arrested for default on a payday loan?“ If so, there are a few things that you should know. There are no debtor’s prisons any longer. If, however, you intentionally defrauded the payday loan company by lying about employment or committing some sort of fraud on your paperwork, then you can be arrested as fraud is a criminal offense.

Thus, the answer to the question, “can I be arrested for default on a payday loan” lies in your own motives. If they are honest and you have not committed any sort of fraud in obtaining your payday loan, then you will not be arrested if you default.

For the most part, if you default on your payday loan due to circumstances such as you cannot pay the debt, the loan company will seek a judgment against you in civil court. They can then enforce this judgment and attach any of your assets. This includes your bank accounts and even your wages. Payday loans are made to those who are working and who have steady income coming in. They are usually secured by your next paycheck. If, for example, the company goes out of business and you do not get your next paycheck, they cannot arrest you – you did nothing wrong.

On the other hand, if you defraud the payday loan company by saying that you work at a certain place and not really having a job, then you can be arrested for committing fraud. This is a criminal offense and can carry with it criminal penalties, including jail time. If you are asking “can I be arrested for default on a payday loan,“ you should check out

Zero Pollution Motors says they will be bringing a car to the US, by 2010, that will achieve 106 mpgs. Using an idea developed by an F1 race car engineer, the six piston Air Car will use comressed air instead of gasoline combustion.

While driving slowly, it will run completely by air from the tank, and have zero emissions. When speeds get higher, it will use some gasoline to heat the air, causing more pressure to get that higher speed. With 8 gallons of gas, the air car should be able to go 848 miles.

The body is made of foam and fiberglass. With the light weight, it will be able to reach a top speed of 96 mph, at about 75 hp.

For more information on vehicles that get good gas mileage, you can visit Hybrid Automobiles .

With the current financial crisis going on in the United States, many people need cash. They must decide what they can sell to raise cash to cover their car payments and mortgage. Usually one of the first things people decide to sell are boats. Right now, your local boat broker has an excess supply of boats, which is driving down the boat prices. The boating season is also over here in Illinois so now is the time to buy!

I have good credit and enough cash for a down payment on the boat of my dreams, so I have been researching different ways that I can get boat financing. I ran into this article about good credit boat loans. Depending on the total cost of the boat I buy, I can get a rate as low as 5.99%.

The reasons I am buying a boat at this time comes down to simple economics
1. Low interest rates
2. Over supply of new and used boats
3. Low demand for new and used boats

High gas prices are also contributing to less boat usage by many people. Instead of the boats just sitting at the marinas collecting dust, people are selling their boats. Now is the perfect time for you to buy a boat if you can afford it.

What it is
I’ve been hearing more and more about this type of dealer scam lately. They get a potential buyer with bad credit, tell them that they have good credit, and offer them a low rate (pending loan approval). The customer drives off the lot with their new car thinking they got a good deal. The phone call comes in a couple of weeks that the rate has now increased, because they didn’t qualify for the low rate.

How to avoid it
The best way to avoid this kind of scam is to get your car loan in advance. Try your bank, or credit union first. Many dealerships would not pull this scam, but there are some out there, so you have to be careful. If the dealer wants you to drive off the lot without a final price and APR, you are at a great risk of this happening to you. Walk away now.

What if it happened
You should contact your state’s Attorney General, and explain the situation to them. You can then report the dealer to the Better Business Bureau. If the rate is high, you can also try to refinance your car through a reputable website.
